1. Opening the software

After successful installation you can use either of the following ways to start the program.
N.B.The student's side of this software will be usable only if the teacher's side is running.

a. Use the name "EXAMJAN" from the list of all programs

b. Use the icon "EXAMJAN" from the desktop screen

c. from the installation folder, use either icon as shown on the following picture

The icon will be named according to the name of the installation folder.
Example: The icon will be named "EXAMJAN11E" if your installation folder is "E:\Program Files\EXAMJAN"
but it will be named "EXAMJAN11D" if your installation folder is "D:\Program Files\EXAMJAN".

2. Login to the software

Use the ID number (or the number given to you by the teacher)

After typing in your password you can press "Enter" or click on "Login".

Fill in the code given by the teacher then click OK.
.The software will remind you that it may take your picture and ask you to be ready for that.
Click on the camerara button and wait for a few seconds for the test to start.

Now you can start the first question. There will be an interface for the question content on the left
and another for the choices on the right.
There might be a third one that shows a picture in case the teacher has designed the question to use one.
Choose the option you think is right and click next for the following question.
After you finish all the questions you will click on "Submit" button to see your results.

The interface behind (next to your photo) will show you :
The duration of the test and the time left, the number of questions, the number of left questions and the passing mark.
NB: The test will submit automatically if the time left is 0.
